Marissa Maurer has been the Communications & Marketing Associate at the UT Center for Transportation Research since November of 2024, after interning for seven months. In addition to her work with TTAP she manages much of CTR’s marketing, spearheads the #GetConvinced teen driver safety program, and coordinates child car seat placement for the THSO Child Passenger Safety program. Marissa works with TTAP to keep their social media updated with current training, events, and news. She also works to design digital and print media for TTAP trainings and ongoing programs.

Marissa graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in 2022, and a Master’s of Science in Marketing in 2023.
